- The video has been Released! To quote what Chase had to say about it: "Ultimately, everything went according to plan. We worked hard together in the trenches, learned and laughed. I'm not sure something like this has happened before where a disparate group of photographers and videographers from a variety of backgrounds with entirely different experience and expertise levels have come together--on such a short timeline and around a sport that few of them had ever heard of--to take part in a collaborative learning experience that created something as unique and as relatively cohesive as this. And that is cool. It's certainly not perfect, and there is plenty of opportunity for growth and polish, but damn this was fun."
Check out the video in our Media section. For the full story on what happened click

- We just got back from a day of shooting for a Gulf Photo Plus workshop. What an amazing day! The day started out with four of our team heading over to Dubai to work as models for a photography workshop lead by Chase Jarvis. At 0715 we arrived on scene at an abandoned building in Jumeirah where we met the photographers and proceeded to explore our new playground. We got split into groups with one traceur with a group of three photographers hot on our heels. The atmosphere was very professional while at the same time there was lots of fun had by all. Even the police came to see what all the fuss was about! Later we moved to Jumeirah park and did some sequence shots. There happened to be a school trip the same day and we gathered quite an audience.
Work was done by 1130 and we headed off to lunch at the Holiday Inn before moving off to our final location for the day. Now under usual circumstances we'd be chased off the DIFC premises in a heartbeat but thanks to our dear friends at GPP we had permission to go wherever we wanted. So from 2pm until 5pm we had the time of our lives. The day ended with us filming the end of the video sequence and getting quite literally covered with Mountain Dew. Expect a link to the video soon! We'd like to send our deepest thanks to Kate, Chase, Hala and all the wonderful photographers we got to work with.

- Time for an update! Well Urban Freeflow's show got cancelled. I'm sure alot of us wanted to kick the organisers in the back of the head. We didn't get to train with them unfortunately. On a lighter note, Training will be starting in Dubai as of this month. We will be holding a workshop there if we generate enough interest. So if you're interested Email Steve and let him know as slots will be limited. Prices and dates will be announced with the next update.

- From the UF site "As mentioned previously, on the 8th of February we’ll be sending a small UF army (22 people now) over to the UAE for 2 weeks where we’ll be choreographing and performing a staged show for his Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan. During our time there, we’ll be based in Dubai but will be working in and around Abu Dhabi and plan to spend plenty of time training with all the guys from UAE Parkour. We’ll also be keeping a daily team blog in the form of The Dubai Chronicles so be sure to keep an eye on it, as we’ll pack it out with content. Plenty of pics will be taken along with us shooting a film, so we’ll be making a concerted effort to post as much up as possible. Expect to see lots of behind the scenes planning, rehearsals and a very healthy dose of lifestyle stuff."
