Considering the fact that the parkour and free running scene in the UAE is non-existent, I decided to make this website to bring us all together. It's a work in progress so bear with me.

- Arjun from the PARKOUR ABU DHABI website is willing to give free parkour lessons and training sessions to anyone who wants them. - I read an article recently about parkour written by Chris "Blane" Rowat entitled "Dilution". It's a great article and a definite must read for anyone wanting to get into parkour or freerunning. Check out the tech and training page for a link.

- OK so the get together idea didnt go so well.. However We've had alot of interest from the local traceurs wanting to learn so we will be going out on regular runs from now on!!
